LOUSIE ROTHMAN-RIEMER

Director of Communications

Louise Rothman-Riemer is Director of Communications at Schultz Collins. She served as chief financial officer, chief compliance officer, and director of trading for DHR Investment Counsel, Ltd., a full service financial consulting firm in Oakland, California, which merged with Schultz Collins in January 2023.

Ms. Rothman-Riemer is passionate about helping female investors improve their understanding of financial issues.

She graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison with B.A. degrees in English and Theatre Arts. She earned an M.A. in Improvisational Theatre from San Francisco State University, and a paralegal degree from St. Mary’s College. Her personal interests include theatre, art, social justice, civil liberties, and her growing family.

Ms. Rothman-Riemer is a past president of the League of Women Voters of Oakland and currently serves on their board. She served on the board of directors for the Rockridge Business Improvement District (RDA) for 25 years, and is currently involved with Progressive Oakland Women for Empowerment and Reform (POWER), both of which she helped to found. She serves in various capacities with the ACLU of Northern California.
